ANGELA WAUGH • CEO
Angela was born in Scotland and moved to Austin, TX in 1991 with her family to continue working for Motorola in the US. In 2006, after 20 years of working in corporate America her dream of owning her own company became a reality with the birth of NorCal Direct Marketing, Inc., now known as Direct Signs and Designs. Aside from work Angela loves to travel, workout, snowboard, play golf or go on a relaxing walk with Andy and their doodle, Mosie.
ANDY WAUGH • COO
Andy was born in Edinburgh, Scotland where he met Angela working at Motorola. When he got a job at Intel, Andy and Angela made the decision to move to California with their two daughters, Rachael and Victoria. He was at Intel for 16 years before joining Angela and the Direct Signs and Designs Team. Andy stays active by snowboarding and playing tennis and golf. His favorite thing of all is spending quality family time.
ALEX SPOLJAR • Senior Account Manager
Alex was born and raised in Hofheim, Germany and moved to Sacramento, California in 2011. He is the definition of a “people person” and loves entertaining friends and family. Alex seizes any moment he can to be outside enjoying nature and staying active.
ADAM BROSTOVSKI • Account Executive
Adam was born in New Jersey and raised in Virginia and moved to California in 2004. He has been involved in the construction estimation field for the greater part of the last 18 years which coincides with his gregarious nature. In his free time, Adam enjoys traveling to California's beautiful coastal towns, trying new restaurants, and learning about nutrition and exercise.
COURTNEY DUARTE • Office Manager
Courtney has lived in the El Dorado Hills area for 25+ years. She married her high school sweetheart and together they have 2 daughters. She has two dogs, a cat, and a bunny. In her spare time she enjoys tending to her succulent garden, a date night with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
VERONICA PEREZ • Order Process Administrator
Veronica grew up in Bakersfield, CA and moved to Northern California to attend UC Davis. In her spare time, she enjoys binge-watching television shows, dancing, and going to concerts. Veronica hopes to one day add a furry friend to her family.
DANA HAMMAR • Graphic Design Manager
Dana was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, but left the island life to attend the University of the Pacific. After graduating, she decided to stay in the area and joined Team DSD. Dana enjoys shopping, movies, and binge watching television shows in her spare time. She loves cats and hopes to add one to her family someday soon.
LINDSAY THOMAS • Graphic Designer
Lindsay was born and raised in El Dorado Hills. She lived in Arizona for 2 years while attending Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. Lindsay loves to be silly and make people laugh. She enjoys working out, shopping, watching baseball and playing games with her family.
